1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information handled by FalconView Studio in connection with website enquiries, quotes, property-content production, website projects, domain setup, hosting and related client communication.

2. Information collected through the public enquiry form

The public enquiry form asks for:

Your message may include details you choose to provide, such as the property location, number of rooms, a current listing or website link and project goals. The public form does not ask for phone numbers, passwords, API keys, payment-card details or domain credentials. FormSubmit, Netlify and other infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and security logs.

3. How website enquiries and analytics are processed

The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to contact@falconview.com.au. FalconView receives that mailbox through Google Workspace. The website is hosted and delivered through Netlify.

FalconView uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-NZG1H0CS1X, to understand how people find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect or derive page views, referring pages, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, cookie or device identifiers and technical information used to provide and secure the analytics service.

4. Other information collected during a project

If an enquiry becomes a project, FalconView may collect contact and billing details, property information, booking or listing links, brand assets, images, video, logos, project instructions, approvals, domain preferences, invoices, payment records and correspondence. We only ask for information reasonably needed to quote, plan, deliver, maintain or administer the work.

5. How information is used

6. Children

FalconView provides services to adults and business representatives. The website is not directed to children under 13 and FalconView does not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact contact@falconview.com.au so the matter can be investigated and the information deleted where required.

7. Domain access and sensitive credentials

Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes or domain credentials through the public form or ordinary email.

FalconView does not need a client's account password. Where domain or platform access is required, we prefer the provider's delegated-access, collaborator or account-invitation feature. If that is unavailable, FalconView may guide the client through the required DNS or platform change without taking possession of the password. Any alternative access method must be agreed separately and must not use the public enquiry form.

8. Service providers and disclosures

FalconView uses service providers only where reasonably needed to operate the website or deliver work. Current website providers include Netlify for hosting and security, FormSubmit for enquiry processing, Google Workspace for business email and project communication, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Google Workspace tools and Dropbox may also be used for project documents, working files or file delivery where appropriate. A project may require a domain registrar, DNS provider, website host, invoicing provider, contractor or other communication platform selected for that project.

FalconView does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to a service provider, authorised contractor or professional adviser only where needed to deliver or administer the service, protect legal rights, prevent misuse or comply with law. Project-specific providers are communicated where their involvement is material.

9. Storage, retention and deletion

Information is retained only while reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, tax, legal, security or dispute-resolution requirements. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months. Project records may be kept longer while services, hosting, maintenance, warranties, payment records or legal obligations remain relevant. Google Analytics data is retained according to FalconView's configured GA4 retention settings and Google's processing practices; aggregated reports may remain after user-level data expires. Backup copies and provider records may take additional time to expire under normal retention cycles.

10. International processing

FalconView serves clients and coordinates work across Australia and Indonesia. Netlify, FormSubmit, Google Workspace, Google Analytics and other project providers may process or store information in Australia, Indonesia, the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ. FalconView takes reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit information to what is needed.

11. Google Analytics cookies and your choices

Google Analytics may place or read analytics cookies, including _ga and related property cookies, or use similar browser storage to distinguish visits and prepare usage reports. FalconView uses this information to assess traffic and improve the website, not to sell personal information.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser, use privacy or tracking-protection controls, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics may reduce measurement but should not prevent you from viewing the website or submitting an enquiry. Google's handling of analytics data is also described in the Google Privacy Policy.

12. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask what personal information FalconView holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request deletion where retention is no longer required. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or contractual reasons. FalconView may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Security

FalconView takes reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website workflow, providers or legal obligations change. The effective and last-updated dates above show the current version.

15. Contact

Privacy questions and access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to contact@falconview.com.au.
