- Property and goals review: We look at the property, current listing, location, target guest and the booking action we want the new website and content to support.
- Package and scope confirmation: We confirm the property count, production window, deliverables, revisions, booking path, domain requirements and any separately quoted travel or third-party costs before work begins.
- Local production when included: Property Launch and Signature / Portfolio shoots are delivered by the relevant FalconView team. Direct Booking Site clients supply approved professional imagery instead.
- The FalconView edit: When production is included, all final imagery and video deliverables are processed through our shared grading and edit system for one consistent cinematic look.
- Website build and GEO setup: We build the property website around the approved visuals, then add the crawlable structure, metadata, schema, sitemap, robots and llms.txt foundations.
- Handover and launch: We deliver the media included in the chosen package and launch the website ready to link from listings, social profiles and direct-booking campaigns.
Domain registration, hosting and technical website care
FalconView handles domain connection, domain registration support, managed hosting and ongoing technical care. Domain registration pricing depends on the domain name and extension selected.
Every package includes the first year of managed hosting, SSL and technical website care.
From year two, managed hosting is $297 AUD annually. It covers hosting, SSL, monitoring, technical maintenance, routine text or contact-detail updates and GEO/SEO technical upkeep. New pages, redesigns and new photo or video production are quoted separately.

FalconView Studio was founded in 2015 as a drone services brand on Australia's Gold Coast. The new studio brings that visual-media heritage back to the front and adds a dedicated website and content system built around the property.
Our founder, Sean Strecker, is also the founder of STREX, a Bali drone cinematography and creator brand with 105K+ followers and 20M+ views.
FalconView works across two dedicated teams: our Gold Coast team for Australian properties and our Bali team for Indonesian villas. Both teams follow the same creative direction, quality control and FalconView edit system.

How do you keep the photo and video style consistent across different photographers?
Regardless of who captures the property, all final footage is processed through the same FalconView colour and edit system built from our STREX Lightroom preset workflow. That is how we keep the look consistent across locations and crews.

Property Launch covers one property and one on-site session of up to five hours. Are there costs outside the package price?

Yes. FalconView was founded in 2015 as a Gold Coast drone services brand. The new studio returns to that heritage and adds the website and distribution layer most property photographers do not offer.
