Last updated: 30 June 2026. These terms are general business terms and do not replace a written project quote, invoice or service agreement issued for a specific job.
1. Who we are
FalconView Studio provides short-term-rental marketing services including professional property content, drone/aerial coverage where suitable, short-form video assets, GEO/SEO property websites, domain setup, managed hosting and website maintenance.
2. Project scope and inclusions
The standard FalconView package is $1,997 AUD and includes 40–60 professional photos, six edited ready-to-post reels, 20 individual short video files and a GEO/SEO property website. Any variation, extra shoot day, additional location, extra deliverables, rush delivery or non-standard technical request may be quoted separately before work proceeds.
3. Domain registration
If you already have a domain, FalconView can assist with connecting it to your website. If you do not yet have a domain, FalconView can register and secure a domain on your behalf. Domain pricing depends on the exact domain name, extension and availability. We will communicate directly throughout the process to help ensure the chosen domain matches what you want before registration is finalised.
4. Hosting and maintenance
The first year of website hosting is included in the $1,997 AUD bundle. Subsequent years are charged at $297 AUD annually for fully managed hosting, GEO/SEO maintenance and normal site updates requested by you. If you would like a full site redesign in the future, the redesign cost is $997 AUD unless a different scope is agreed in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate property, business, booking and contact information.
- You must confirm you have authority to approve access, photography, filming and publishing for the property.
- You must provide any required listing links, brand assets, logins, domain access or third-party approvals needed to complete the work.
- You are responsible for reviewing drafts and requesting corrections within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Website content and updates
Normal site updates are included in the annual managed hosting and maintenance service. Large structural changes, new pages, major copy rewrites, booking-system integrations, custom functionality or full redesigns may be quoted separately.
7. Payments
Invoices are payable in AUD unless otherwise agreed. Work may not begin, continue or launch until required payments are received. Domain registration, third-party services or special purchases may require upfront payment.
8. Third-party platforms
FalconView may use trusted third-party services for hosting, domain registration, forms, analytics, email delivery, website infrastructure or production delivery. FalconView is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or failures caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
9. Ownership and usage
Once paid in full, you may use the final delivered photos, videos and website content for your property marketing. FalconView may retain the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio, case study or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. No booking guarantee
FalconView provides stronger marketing assets, content and website infrastructure, but does not guarantee increased bookings, revenue, rankings, social reach or search-engine placement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalconView is not liable for indirect loss, lost bookings, lost revenue, platform account issues, search ranking changes, domain availability changes or third-party service failures. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
